This Nautitech 40.2 built in 2008 by the Rochefort shipyard and designed by Mortain & Mavrikios, is a seaworthy, fast and comfortable boat. Very easy to handle alone, it even has an electric winch at the mast to hoist the mainsail or reef very easily.

COM'ON is a boat that has not been sailed much and is therefore in PERFECT condition (less than 2000h original engines), it is perfectly autonomous in water and electricity production. Everything has been perfectly maintained and has a very low level of wear and tear for a 15 years old boat.

Perfect for a couple or a small family, it will offer the possibility of welcoming onboard friends and family thanks to its forepeaks with berths which offers up to 9 possible beds!

History :
1^st owner from 2008 to 2018 : The boat stayed in a marina in Spain, sail once a year by a professional skipper to the Baleares. The rest of the year, the boat was maintained in the marina and only used for “sunset drinks” in her berth.
Current owner 2018 to now : they refit the boat during 6 months for offshore sailing.
New solar pans, new water maker, new dinghy, new engine for the dinghy, new chain, new anchor, new Ais, new symmetrical spinnaker, new riggings, new lazy bag, sails checked every year by sailmaker.

New storages and transformation done to fit their use :
- Main couch has been modified to add a big storage on the right side, close to the kitchen.
- front starboard cabin has been modified with a desk/workbench, with new storage, and single berth.

They sailed from Mediterranean to French Polynesia in 2 years and arrived here in 2021.

It’s the fourth boat they own from 2000, and they want now to came back on land.
